Installation and Troubleshooting in VPS Servers

You are able to add the upgrade with a couple of clicks whenever you require it and irrespective of the VPS servers package you have selected. This could be done either during the order process in case you think that you'll need support from the very beginning or at a later time from the VPS billing Control Panel in the event that you have issues with any program on the machine. Our competent admins can easily set up or troubleshoot any application for you in a very timely matter. The Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade includes 60 minutes of custom work and you could use it whenever you want. The vast majority of tasks take less than that, so the remaining time shall be available for the future and you will be able to see it in the billing CP constantly. You can use the upgrade as a separate service or on top of the 30 minutes of custom work that are part of our Managed Services upgrade.

Installation and Troubleshooting in Dedicated Servers

The upgrade is available with all of our dedicated servers and provided you add it, our skilled admins shall be able to help you with everything on your hosting server. For example setting up any third-party software which you might want to use on the hosting server and troubleshooting any script which functions inadequately or doesn't run at all. Our upgrade features sixty minutes of work and if a particular task is not very time-consuming, we shall add the remaining time to your account. You'll be able to see how many minutes are left within your billing Control Panel and use them anytime you require assistance again. The Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade could be ordered at any time, so if you require something to be set up in the very beginning, you can add it to your order during the sign up process, while if you require support afterwards, you could add it from the hosting server billing area. Half an hour of custom work are included in our Managed Services pack also, but if you need additional work to be carried out on the server, the Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade will be a guarantee that your programs will be installed and set up in the best possible way.
